Flashings for the new Continental Cars BMW building

The new BMW showroom on the North Shore incorporating BMW’s special colours required a range of power coasted and coloured flashings to complement the modern laboratory type fit out.

This project required a range of Aprons, Barges, Ridge Flashings, Parapet Caps, Welded Aluminium Soakers and specialised power coated Flashings.

Waikeria Prison Development

Galvanised top hats and colour steel and powder coated flashings

The new one billion dollar Waikato prison development consists of 27 individual buildings all clad in insulated panels with the associated security and durability requir ements of a modern prison.

We were commissioned to supply and install the Galvanised top hats to carry the cladding and all site wide colour steel and powder coated flashings required totalling 48,500 lineal metres of various flashings.

This project required a range of Aprons, Barges, Ridge Flashings, Parapet Caps, Welded Aluminium Soakers and specialised power coated Flashings.

Miro Apartments

Flashing package for the Miro apartment complex

When Dominion construction commissioned us to provide the flashing package at the Miro apartment complex they were constructing in Mt Eden, nobody could have anticipated the final scope of the project.

We installed flashings not only to the roof and facade, but the interiors of each apartment, around the external decks that penetrated the building envelope and throughout the internal atriums.

The total spend on welded stainless steel and powder coated aluminium flashings on this project was approximately $500k.

This project required a range of Aprons, Barges, Ridge Flashings, Parapet Caps, Welded Aluminium Soakers and specialised power coated Flashings.

Westfield Newmarket

Supply and install powder coated aluminium flashings

As well as installing the translucent facade encapsulating the cinemas of the new Westfield lifestyle and shopping centre in Newmarket, we were requested to supply and install site wide all the powder coated aluminium flashings.

As the bulk of the flashings were required urgently to enable staged openings of the complex, this required a team of 12 men working round the clock to measure, manufacture and powder coat and install often within a 24 hour period.

The total spend to date at this project on powder coated flashings is over $800k .
